On Tuesday, October 22nd, MVALP students were presented with immigration information and workers rights with Corey Lazar. Each month, the MVALP provides community speakers who are interested in ensuring our students are knowledageble about the island and can offer resources. We are thankful to our many Island partners for helping us help others!

1. Change the language on your phone and download apps to expand your vocabulary!
2. Plan time outside! MV has great natural spaces!
3. Spend time with your kids. Play with them and try pronouncing new words!
